• Travelers should also be up to date for measles/mumps/rubella (MMR), diphtheria/pertussis/tetanus (DPT), Polio.
• Rabies vaccination if traveling to rural areas.
• Travel warnings for: Cryptosporidiosis, Tickborne encephalitis (TBE)
• Cryptosporidiosis risk can be prevented by bottled water.
• Tickborne encephalitis (TBE) carried by insects and travelers should avoid insect bites and use insect repellent with DEET (30%-50%). No TBE vaccines are available in the United States.
