• Travelers should also be up to date for Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Diphtheria/Pertussis/Tetanus (DPT)
• Travel warnings for: Dengue, Filariasis, Cutaneous leishmaniasis, Schistosomiasis, and Cryptosporidiosis.
• Dengue, Cutaneous leishmaniasis, Filariasis are all carried by insects. Travelers should avoid insect bites and use insect repellent with DEET (30%-50%).
• Schistosomiasis: avoid swimming in fresh water.
• Cryptosporidiosis risk can be prevented by drinking bottled water.
