• Vaccinations: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B,Typhoid, Rabies

• Travelers should be up to date on measles/mumps/rubella (MMR), diphtheria/pertussis/tetanus (DPT).

• Rabies vaccination if traveling to rural areas.

• Travel warnings for: Tickborne encephalitis, Cryptosporidiosis

• Tickborne encephalitis (TBE) is carried by insects and travelers should avoid insect bites and use insect repellents with DEET(30%-50%). No TBE vaccines are available in the United States.

• Cryptosporidiosis risk can be prevented by bottled water.
