Argentina

  • Vaccinations: Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B,Typhoid, Rabies, Yellow Fever
    • Travelers should be up to date on measles/mumps/rubella (MMR) diphtheria/pertussis/tetanus (DPT), Polio
    • Rabies vaccination if traveling to rural areas.
    • Yellow fever vaccination certificate is not required prior to entry into Argentina and Yellow fever is only present along the Boliva and Paraguay border.
  • Travel warnings for: Malaria, Cryptosporidiosis
    • Malaria present in certain areas including Salta, Jujuy, Misiones and Corrientes provinces.
    • Chloroquine is the recommended antimalarial drug.
    • Cryptosporidiosis risk can be prevented by bottled water.
