Yellow eyes
• Yellow eyes are a sign of jaundice (icterus), which is excessive bilirubin deposition in tissues usually due to
liver disease.
· Bilirubin is formed from the process of recycling of hemoglobin from old red blood cells.
• Yellow eyes are a sign of liver impairment and should be evaluated by your doctor.
