Vomiting

· inflammation of the stomach (gastritis)
· gastric outlet obstruction
· gastric ulcer
• Vomiting that is rapid in onset and associated with abdominal pain can result from:
· diseases of the pancreas (pancreatitis)
· gall stones (biliary track obstruction)
· intestinal obstruction (ileus)
· gastric ulcer
• Vomiting that worsens of persists can be a sign of a serious condition should be evaluated by your doctor.
