Tingling in both hands
· Tingling in both hands indicates impairment in the normal sensory function of the nerves of the hands. 
· Tingling in both hands is a sign of a peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage).
· Tingling in both hands can result from heavy metal exposure or trauma to nerves.
· Tingling in both hands can also be a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome or arthritis of the neck.
