Photophobia
· Photophobia is the sensation of eye discomfort in sunlight or when exposed to bright lights.
· Photophobia is usually due to inflammation of the corneal (clear part eye) or inflammation of the iris.
· Photophobia can be a sign of:
infection of the eye
autoimmune condition affecting the eyes
meningitis
migraine headache
