• Enlarged testicle symptoms are testicular discomfort and heaviness.
• Enlarged testicle can be a symptom of:
· hydrocele (collection of fluid around the testicle)
· testicular cancer
· epididymitis (infection of the epididymis)
· orchitis (infection of the testicle)
· testicular torsion (twisting of the testicle)
· varicocele (dilated scrotal veins)
· lymphoma
