Dizziness

Dizziness is the symptom of a false sensation of spinning, a feeling of being unsteady, lightheadedness or the feeling you may lose consciousness.

Dizziness is common. 2% of young adults and 30% of elderly people will have dizziness.

Dizziness may come from the ear or the brain.

Dizziness that persists or recurs can be a sign of a serious illness and should be evaluated by your doctor.
