Calf rash

Calf rash is the symptom of a patch of skin with a change in color or texture on the calf.

Calf rash can result from inflammation of the skin (dermatitis) of the calf.

The most common type of calf rash is a contact dermatitis, typically from contact of the skin with latex, rubber, chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, soaps, poison ivy or poison oak.
