Breast lump

Breast lump is the sign of a localized collection of tissue, swelling or nodule in the breast tissue.

Breast lump can result from:
· Lipoma (benign fatty tumor)
· Fibrocystic changes (non-cancerous cyst)
· Breast abscess (infection)
· Breast cancer

Breast lump should always be evaluated by your doctor as it may be a sign of breast cancer.
