Anal rash
• Anal rash is a patch of skin or mucosa with a change in color or texture on the anus.
• Anal rash results from inflammation of the skin (dermatitis) of the anus.
• Anal rash is usually a fungal infection if the tissue given that the area can be moist and warm.
• Anal rash may also be due to:
contact dermatitis (an allergic rash to something in contact with the skin), from detergents, soaps, poison ivy, poison oak.
