Absent pulse
• Absent pulse is the symptom of the loss of the normal arterial pulsations found in peripheral arteries.
• Absent pulse can indicate:
· chronic peripheral vascular disease
· acute arterial obstruction or clot
· acute arterial vaso-constriction
· vasculitis (inflammatory disease of blood vessels)
• Absent pulse should be evaluated by your doctor.
