Absent corneal reflex
• Absent corneal reflex is symptom of the loss of the normal reflex of closing eye lid in response to irritation of the cornea (clear part of the eye).
• People who routinely use contact lenses may temporarily lose the normal corneal reflex.
• Absent corneal reflex may indicate a neurological disorder and should be evaluated by your doctor.
