Abdominal cramps

 

Abdominal cramps are the symptom of a vague but sharp increasing – decreasing (crescendo- decrescendo) pain that rapidly increases and then subsides.

Abdominal cramps are sometimes referred to as colic pain.

Abdominal cramps typically come from an irritation of the small intestine, colon or gallbladder.
